Some projects demand that light follows the architecture — not the other way around. Curved surfaces, vaulted ceilings, columns, irregular angles: in these contexts, a rigid product or one that only bends along a single axis simply isn’t enough. Something fundamentally different is needed.
OCTOPUS is LEDCO’s answer: a lighting system flexible on both axes — vertical and horizontal — capable of adapting to any architectural form and delivering exceptional wallwash quality, even across surfaces with significant vertical development.
OCTOPUS is built around two key elements: silicone co-extrusion combined with independent PCBs that allow true 3D bending on both the vertical and horizontal axes, without compromising the structure or light output. The result is a product that bends, adapts, and conforms — following the logic of the project, not the constraints of the product.
The optics feature a 30° beam angle that delivers exceptional depth of field: OCTOPUS can effectively illuminate surfaces up to 12 meters high. The 40mm lens pitch ensures uniform light distribution across the wall, eliminating the shadow zones typical of discrete LED systems. When two or more modules are installed in sequence, the beams merge seamlessly for a flawless, uninterrupted light effect.
OCTOPUS is available in two versions.
The Standard version comes in three fixed lengths — 1 meter, 2.5 meters, and 5 meters — with IP65 protection and 24V power supply. Monochromatic versions (2700K, 3000K, 4000K) deliver 29W/meter, while the RGB version delivers 20W/meter. Each length is also available in RGB for dynamic color applications.
The Custom version takes design freedom even further: 100% customizable lengths, cuttable every 40mm (monochromatic) or every 250mm (RGB), to match any on-site measurement with millimeter precision. Configuration is straightforward: choose LED color, desired length, and profile type and color. The product is then manufactured to specification.
OCTOPUS is built for professionals working on complex architectural projects where light needs to be a precise, controlled design tool. Architects and lighting designers who specify wallwash solutions for curved or tall surfaces; installers who need a product that can be cut to exact measurements in the Custom version; lighting engineers who require consistent, shadow-free illumination across multi-module installations.
A system designed for projects where flexibility isn’t a feature — it’s the starting point.
